Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the mirror back in its original luxury packaging, ensuring all protective corner foam and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Arrange Collection

  Once your return is approved, we will schedule a specialized fragile-goods courier to collect the item directly from your doorstep at a convenient time.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the mirror to confirm it is in original condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
